- What is the access like? Can a machine get in, or does everything come through the house? This is usually the biggest single factor in the price.
- Roughly how big? Paces are fine. We will measure it properly when we visit.
- When are you hoping to start? Being honest about this helps us tell you whether we are the right outfit for your timescale.
How quickly will you hear back?
We answer every enquiry within one working day, and usually a lot sooner. Site visits are normally within the week. Written quotes follow within a few days of the visit — sooner if you are working to a deadline, just say.

Will the quoted price change?
The written quote is fixed for the work specified in it. The only things that move a price are genuine unknowns underground — rock, services, contamination — and we dig trial holes on larger jobs specifically to find those before you sign anything, not after.
How far ahead are you booking?
It varies with the season. Ring and ask — and if we cannot fit you in when you need it, we will tell you straight away rather than stringing you along.
