What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the location of the job and whatever you tell us about it. We collect this only so that we can respond to your enquiry and quote for the work.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit
- To prepare and send you a quotation
- To carry out the work if you engage us, and to keep records of it
- To meet our legal and insurance obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we are required to for tax, insurance and liability purposes.
Where it is stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are stored on the website’s hosting and sent to our business email address.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is in use, it is to understand which pages people find useful — not to build a profile of you.
Your rights
